About Us
Yoga is a practical aid. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a sense of peace, well being, and a feeling of being one with the environment.
My Traditional yoga practice is the way yoga is meant to be taught by the Yoga Masters; staying true to strengthening the mind, body, and soul.
Each YOGYAM® Yoga practice is one that is both holistic and therapeutic. Kathy has been trained in instructing YOGYAM® Yoga’s Gentle Tula (Perfect Balance)Flow© - a practice that can be performed by anyone, regardless of age and mobility. It is ideal for beginners and those seeking gentle instruction, and focuses on strengthening bones & muscles; improving balance; and creating equilibrium throughout the body.

Yoga has brought an inner peace to me. I even bring the breathing and balance poses to my students. I look forward to Wednesday afternoons. At the end of yoga I am energized and focused and can face the rest of the day.
